    "Poles and Poles", please tell me what I'm doing wrong. With the help of CWM, I come to the stage of selecting the system from the sd card. After a while I have this picture:

    Upload the latest available firmware and that's it.

    After giving up ... for 2 days I have been trying to do it but no progress :( . I downloaded a few dedicated XEO ROMs, but when I try to install something either crashes or ODIN comes to a certain point and nothing happens for 1 hour: /

    The worst thing is that the tablet connected to the charger does not show any signs of life and I do not really know if it is charging in this state. Because if not, then soon it will crouch to the amen: /
    Maybe it's the fault of a non-original cable (but ODIN sees it), or I come across such ROMs :( . Where to suck in a soft that would not be 100% damaged?

    Thanks for the info.

    My temporal helplessness did not give me peace and I fought to the end. I finally found the right soft, changed the USB socket and the ODIN version. I do not know what improved the situation the most, but I was able to return to software 4.0.4 without any problems.
    And since I've already mastered the topic of restoring software ... then of course the temptation made me return to another attempt to update to 6.0.1 :) . It was achieved in 80%, i.e.
    * TWRP - uploaded and works
    * aosp-6.0-p4-20160809 - uploaded and works
    * BETA-SuperSU-v2.52 - uploaded and works
    * open_gapps-arm-6.0-stock-20180625 - this is where the problem (probably error 70 or something like that) appeared at the installation stage. I'll fight it again. . .
    I thought that while on the https://opengapps.org website, he could choose an application package dedicated to a lower android version? Maybe ARM / 5.1 ??
    Thanks in advance for any suggestions

    Finally from https://github.com/opengapps/arm/releases I downloaded open_gapps-arm-6.0- pico -20180627.zip. It installed without problems. I just wonder what the package should "more or less" contain? I was expecting a large number of different types of applications and actually I do not know if there was anything else besides google play. . . even youtube I had to pull from the store. On the other hand, maybe it's good that I don't have so much "crap" on the tab.
    And why would you choose a package dedicated to 4.4?

    Because the factory firmware was version 4.0.4, which is the closest to the factory firmware.

    Well, now the factory has been replaced with firmware version 6.1 so the pico 6 seemed to be the most compatible / similar

    But the hardware of the tablet is not adapted to 6.1, so the manufacturer did not release a newer version than 4.0.4.

    It's a fact. If you want to replace packages you need to uninstall 6.0 pico first (but how?) To install 4.4 later?

    The first impression after switching from firmware 4.0.4 to aosp-6.0 is that the tablet needs to be charged for a long time to reach 100% (3 ~ 4h). Is it normal ?

    The battery is not the newest anymore, so it is possible.

    And you will give links to the files you used, because I would also need them. Thanks in advance.
