    Hello

Car like the subject, long turns before it starts. P0341 permanent error camshaft position sensor, timing on locks, sensor measured with an oscilloscope, new encoder on the shaft mounted on the instrument, vigilance measured on the shaft with an oscilloscope, wires on the shaft to the helm checked 55W light bulb, adjustable timing left and right. All the time synchro the mountain with a bottom at 0, as if he could not see the roller.

move the roller a little bit on "beans" and you will see what effect it will have. The second issue is the voltage level on the sensor cables. Last week I did the same case and all because of ecu.

After switching to the eye, it smokes better but that's not it, despite it still synchro 0 and permanent error.

    Added after 26 [minutes]:

The voltage on the sensor is 4.98V relative to the cube weight and 4.99V relative to the vehicle weight.

Added after 8 [hours] 3 [minutes]:

Someone knows if there are differences in the signal wheels, the engine that sits in my way with the spacer (has seals).

    Added after 19 [minutes]:

After the numbers comes the wrong shaft wheel hub.

Different size markers on the signal wheels, I'm ordering what should be after VIN and I'll see.

In the car sits like on the right, and it should be like on the left. In my opinion, this causes an "incomprehensible" signal.

The problem was that this engine is a "fold", after replacing the wheel it smokes "to touch".

Dude, it's nice that you said that I think I have the same problem as you once replaced the engine because the other one fell apart, I bought another engine on Allegro and the mechanic changed it, and I think the signal wheel is bad because I hardly burns sensors, I replaced it and nothing VIN from Allegro I don't like mine probably doesn't fit and vin on the engine probably doesn't and what is the professional name of this wheel?

Check the service by VIN of the car, what it should be and what you have.

Added after 11 [hours] 43 [minutes]:

There are original numbers on these wheels, so you can easily compare them.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a VW Passat 2.0 TDI BMP experiencing long starting times and a persistent P0341 camshaft position sensor error. Users suggest checking the voltage levels on the sensor cables and adjusting the timing roller. There are mentions of different signal wheels and the importance of matching components based on VIN. One user highlights that replacing the signal wheel resolved their issue, indicating that incorrect parts may lead to signal discrepancies. The conversation emphasizes the need for accurate component matching and proper voltage readings to troubleshoot the camshaft position sensor error effectively.
