How to hard reset on Goclever Quantum 400 phone? After typing in Google, there are supposed to be some combinations, but nothing works. Has anyone done this?

I do not remember now. A reset wants to do because the phone is blocked with a symbol. This is my old phone and I don't remember the symbol and I want to revive it.
