The LAVOR 165 PRIME washer does not take chemicals from the dispenser.

A year ago I purchased a LAVOR washer, model 165 PRIME.
Since I owned this washer, I used it 6 times to clean the car. I have not had the opportunity to use the option with a chemistry dispenser because I use a foamer. Because today I wanted to use the washing option with a chemistry dispenser, but after pouring the liquid into the container, the liquid is not withdrawn. The only switch that is in the washer is ON / OFF.
Does the washer automatically after pressing the lance trigger and, consequently, the water pump starts automatically, the washer should collect the fluid from the tank itself all the time? What may be the problem. Does anyone have a service for this crap?

The washer only draws fluid from the container at low pressure on the lance. So you need to put on a flat-jet nozzle and set a low pressure on it, the water flows out of it at a short distance, but draws liquid from the tank under vacuum.
