    Hello

I came into possession of the Allview P6 Energy lite phone after my brother. To dump all his data I did Wipe Data / Factury Reset.

After restarting, the language selection appears followed by the network connection and Google account. And here comes the problem because the phone wants an account that was previously associated with this phone. The problem is that my brother has no clue which account, what name and even more what was the password.

I know there are options to turn it off and reset it only that I can't get to the settings in the phone because after what I wrote earlier, nothing else can be done.

    Please help.

Thanks for your interest in the topic
I guess I tried all the options from YouTube. In all films there is the option of entering the menu via Asist functions or through a code from the connection. Someone also shows that you can slide out from the bottom of the menu with settings. For me these options do not work.
I can't reach the phone's settings to exclude that Google account.

Anyone have any ideas? I have searched the entire internet and there is not even a word about such a case.

I already know where I made a basic mistake. I have restored the factory settings without first deleting the Google account. Now that I don't know the name or password, I can't restore it.

I am asking for help because my phone is locked.

Maybe it would only help that I have a problem with getting this GSM Aladdin Key V2 1.34 program, which I find a source is either not working or it is some lime. I am not fluent in English and I do not know where to download drivers for this phone.
Someone would help but so pathologically?

The problem was resolved. The phone was cleaned with the help of a computer. It was not easy but it worked. Thank you all for all the help.
