Nexus 5X Hardware Issue: Unresponsive, Bootloop, and Red LED Flashing

Hi,
I have a problem with the phone from the topic. At one point it turned off and refused to turn on. He came to the Google logo and restarted. Apparently, a known ailment in this model, where due to strong heating after some time something happens with the SoC solder and stops connecting.

After baking for 90s with the dryer, it was started for 4 hours and in that time all the data was ripped.

From this moment either bootloop, and recently does not even launch to the Google logo, only the flashing screen or the red LED flashes.

Below is the tile appearance. SoC marked in red, with which there is a problem.
This is Samsung's 2GB RAM chip, and Snapdragon 808 hidden underneath. And it is this Snapdragon that apparently does not connect.



What can I do at home or what can I do at all?

The cost of Reballing is PLN 150-200. Of course, we're talking about replacing bullets with new ones, not Reflow.

A reflow at what price and is there a chance that the phone comes 2-3 months after such surgery?

If the bone is released, even after reballing, the phone may fall out of time, so it's worth making a service with a guarantee. No one can guarantee it with reflow. As far as I remember, the bone is not glued, so reballing is not a problem, like in iphons, where sometimes the baseband or CPU is clogged with glue.
