Hello, I have a question about the error of the blue diode. It consists in the fact that the phone turns off at a certain moment and the blue LED is still lit, sometimes it is pulsating but only in the blue color. The phone after this incident does not want to turn on again. It happened to me and in the following weeks from the end of October with 4 of my friends (s6 x2, s6 edge, s5 neo) today a friend's phone fell and I decided to find out what the problem was. With one friend after trying to activate recovery, the phone normally works (until now) but in other cases the phone has not turned on. How can I diagnose a problem?

    Thanks in advance and regards

I have been Samsung Galaxy S5 for over two years and have never encountered such a problem. I think this problem IS NOT PERSONAL in Samsung Galaxy S5

I wrote S5 neo in the description, it's possible that neo has a renovated architecture that is flawed. I have no idea.

The battery has died. Or rather, it gets too deep or the phone has a hinge and you have to do a reset. 10 seconds hold down vol down + home button

On the site they said that the cold solder was made on the motherboard

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a recurring issue with the blue LED indicator on Samsung Galaxy S5, S6, S6 Edge, and S5 Neo devices, where the phone turns off while the blue LED remains lit, sometimes pulsating. Users report that after this incident, the phones often fail to power on again. Some suggest that the problem may be related to battery failure or a deep discharge, while others mention the possibility of a cold solder issue on the motherboard. A few users have successfully revived their devices by performing a reset using the volume down and home button combination. The problem appears to be common among multiple users, indicating a potential design flaw in the affected models.
