Hello
I have been tired for a few days searching for the type of transistor that burned in the temperature recorder. The transistor is in an SOT23 housing
- what I see on the housing is SA then next to a smaller number 5, then perpendicularly like 47 or u7
This is not BC547, interestingly looking at the other one (it is on the PCB), there is only one diode transition between the upper (-) and lower right (+) feet, there is no other transition between the feet.
The transistor is at the temperature sensor input, the sensor is resistive. The task of the transistor is to increase the voltage on this sensor. As the temperature increases, the sensor reduces resistance and pulls voltage towards ground
Thank you in advance for all your help
