    I was hooking up the radio in the car ... the code did not enter.

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

    after entering the code "0263" x2 I blocked the radio.

    Check if you have these 3x + 12V in your car.
    It takes 1 hour to re-enter the code!
    Your programmer must be disabled from the radio!
