Hello, I am new, so I apologize in advance if not this section, or something I am doing wrong. Zafira 2.0 dti, after cleaning the intake manifold (it is not necessary to remove the injection pipes), I could not bleed the system, in the end it worked, unfortunately the car did not idle and did not respond to gas. Kts showed the pump error p1631 first, after removing the error p1630 popped up, the injection dose solenoid valve. I replaced the pump controller and the electromagnetic valve (taken out of the pump where it was operational), the car fires up to gas, but ... The check engine popped out, the car is in emergency mode, which removes the error, but it returns. Help !!!

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

I will add that kts shows the correct dosage of the pump.

Pump as a mechanical failure? Or more of an electronic problem? I found a guy on alledrogo who regenerates pumps comprehensively on original parts for a note of PLN 650, but with a one-year warranty, what do you think about it, because it's a bit strange for me.

    electronic because mechanical

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a 2001 Opel Zafira 2.0 dti experiencing issues with the injection pump controller, specifically error codes P1630 and P1631. After cleaning the intake manifold, the user faced difficulties in bleeding the system, leading to idle problems and a lack of throttle response. Despite replacing the pump controller and the electromagnetic valve, the vehicle remains in emergency mode with recurring error codes. Responses suggest that the problem may lie within the pump itself, either as a mechanical failure or an electronic issue. A suggestion was made to consider professional regeneration of the pump with a warranty.
