Eliminating Security Alert Pop-up in Outlook Express OE6 on WinXP SP3: Suggestions?

I am using an old OE6 on WinXP SP3.
What I have not done anymore to get rid of this message when opening certain messages:

I was displaying but it sticks to something different each time.
This message only appears when receiving messages
I get a lot of it and I throw most of it in the bin without reading it
but I get such that after hovering this message appears
and it disturbs me in deleting e-mails in bulk because I have to
delete it before deleting the message.
It is possible that it is because of XP that no longer updates,
but I will not install certificates because why,
in the end, I just delete these emails and that's one click more
but this has pissed me off for a long time, hence this desperate plea for help.

I also have reference checking disabled, but messages as you can see OE displays.
And this is what I mean, block something as far as possible because I do not want to play with installing new certificates, this computer is only for the Internet and I can encrypt it, delete it, and more.
I throw my mail into the trash and clean the trash every time I exit OE, I also have to wait for a message with this message, then I will display it and take a screenshot.
