Mediatech MT-4171 - DVB-T tuner no driver in the device manager

I have an ASUS Prime B350 Plus motherboard, AMD Ryzen 1500X processor and Mediatech MT-4171 DVB-T tuner. I downloaded the drivers for the DVB-T tuner at http://download.media-tech.eu/?page_id=2&catid=37# . After installing in both Windows 7 and Windows 10 no driver appears in Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers. In the older computer where the ASUS M4A87TD Evo motherboard and AMD Athlon II x4 640 processor was working, this tuner worked properly. Why doesn't the driver appear and how to fix it?

You can see this tuner when you insert it into the USB socket, are there any changes in the manager? Please find the drivers folder in the location C: \ Users \ Username \ AppData \ Local \ Temp and copy it e.g. to C drive or desktop and then uninstall the tuner drivers with the DrvUninstall.exe program from the package that was downloaded from the given link, then insert the tuner in to usb and select search my computer for drivers and indicate the copied folder. The manager should install the drivers.

In Windows 7 64bit the driver was successfully installed. Just connect the tuner to another USB port. The problem is still in Windows 10 64bit. As I connected it to the USB port, an entry appeared in the device manager in the "Other devices" directory but later it disappeared and no longer appears even as the tuner is removed and put back into the USB port. How do I press in the device manager in the Action menu -> Add older equipment -> Next -> Install equipment that I manually select from the list (advanced) -> Next -> select "Show all devices" from the list -> Next -> From disk - > select the IT9135BDA.inf file from the x64_win8 folder This is an empty list and there is no driver there. Also, the installation method using the DrvInstall.exe file or the right click on the IT9135BDA.inf file in the x64_win8 folder and does not work. In the driver directory you can see that there is no folder for Windows 10 although the file Windows10.txt says that in Windows 10 you need to choose drivers from Windows 8. Are there drivers for this tuner under Windows 10? How do I fix drivers to work under Windows 10?

On a computer with Windows 7, the tuner is described in the Device Manager as IT9135 BDA device or IT9130 BDA device? I attach my drivers from the Tuner on IT9135, which work without any problems.

I managed to install the drivers for the tuner from the Mediatech link which I gave earlier in both Windows 10 and Windows 7. In the program ProgDVB 7.21.4 and SmartDVB 0.5.0.50 a tuner is detected but these programs hang when searching for channels. In Windows 7 in the SmartDVB program only everything was fine during the first start but during the next launches the program showed a black screen on all channels. The tuner in the device manager appears as "IT9135 BDA device". I tried to install drivers on Windows 10 from @nomudrek but I got the information that an unsupported operating system was displayed. It all happens on a desktop computer and everything is fine on the laptop. How to fix it ?
