I have an old installation in an apartment (a block built for communes). Recently, a fuse blown while turning on the computer. After replacing it, there was still no electricity in the sockets, but after connecting to one of the inoperative sockets, electricity suddenly appeared in the sockets. My question is what could be the reason for this?

Probably the wires that go to the other sockets do not contact this socket. This must be repaired, because where the poor connection is made, the wires will heat up and their insulation may catch fire. So it's not safe now.

Invite an electrician who, after conducting an on-site inspection and possibly taking measurements, finds the cause of the failure and removes the defect. Most likely there is a wire break or a loose / scorched connection in the can or outlet.

Unscrew the socket, tighten the screws securing the wires and improve the connections.
