For several months, strange things have been happening in my apartment (I live in a block of flats). I will describe briefly what it is about. At the beginning (a few months ago) I noticed that, especially at night, the light bulbs in my room sometimes dim for a second and then it's ok. I thought maybe I already have something with my eyesight, but over time we all noticed it in one room as well as in other rooms. For about 2 weeks there has been a massacre, the light can dim quite strongly, or it blinks for seconds as if there were very short voltage drops or something like that. All other devices in the house work OK only with this light such circuses. The installation was checked somehow at the end of summer 2010 and everything was ok. I also did not notice that such flashing / dimming takes place when some device is started. I even did a test - I turned off everything I could in the house and just left the light on in the room and the dimming of the light happened anyway. I don't know much about it so I described how I can.

    Hello.
It seems that something is not making contact (it is on fire). If you have a separate lighting circuit, it may be that it is not related to the operation of other devices. Observe if it's just that one lamp, or the other too. You need to locate and improve the connection.

Energy-saving light bulbs also behave this way before they die.

I don't have energy saving bulbs, I have all normal ones. This happens in all rooms as well as in the bathroom and kitchen. I have 8 fuses in the box in the apartment (3 for the kitchen, 2 for the lighting, 2 for the sockets, 1 for the bathroom)

If you have 2 independent lighting circuits and all lamps are blinking and nothing bad is happening on the other circuits, it's a bit more strange.
Some receivers do not show short-term voltage fluctuations, and this can be confusing. It is worth plugging a portable lamp into the socket to be sure.
I had a case that the light was blinking (apparently it was visible on the halogen bulbs) and then after turning on the washing machine the wire in the fuse box (power supply) burned out. Unfortunately, it was made of aluminum. Then I found out about it (also a flat in a block of flats).

I have a similar situation due to the voltage drop, first my TV crashed, then my laptop, and now my desktop computer is all caused by the company that welds metal baskets on my street. The light is blinking amazingly. The washing machine is also starting to fail, it also occurs in many neighbors on my street, after reporting this situation to the emergency telephone line of the power plant, they told me to write an application to the ZE or maybe someone had a similar problem how to solve this situation. Regards.

Yes, Polish hell :| The fact that the company has welders and uses them does not affect other efficient devices connected to the network. Your equipment broke for completely different reasons.

    Hello
If you live in a block of flats, see the main wire connected to the fuse holder. Maybe you have a similar case like here

For my parents, the reason for such flickering was a life-ending automatic fuse screwed in in the place of the fuse. Its replacement with a new one definitely solved the problem.
It seems 10A is there right now and it is more than enough.

If you can see that the light is dim, go to the switchboard and listen to whether or not something is `` buzzing '' :D . It burns out when it fucks. If you don't detect anything, ask your neighbors if they have the same problem.
Alternatively, if you do not want to, call a specialist.

Absent has been absent since May and it is not known whether he was able to locate the fault.

    Exactly! I close the topic.
