Hello, I got a mondeo 1.8 tdci 2009 125km. The car is dead, a complete body. Apparently, it lit as usual, then went out and did not fire anymore. It lights up on the cake, but when it stops spraying, it goes out. He does not give fuel to the injectors, I think that the problem lies in the pump itself or the pump valves. And here, a request, someone could tell me how to check these valves in the pump and what their power should be. The fuel in the tank is in the filter and the timing also checked the fuses good. Error P0087 can be deleted, but it returns when I try to start. I tried to check the fuel pressure, but it breaks the connection when starting. For a while, what I see, it jumps 80, 20, 120, 40, it is not stable anyway, and too small.

First, connect a powerful power supply so that the starter does not interrupt communication. I connect a power supply with adjustable filling to the valve. I regulate and watch what is happening to determine if it's a valve or a sensor. Did you eliminate the airflow?

Thanks. But I don't have a power supply with adjustable filling (I think) so honestly I don't even know what it is. Please be clearer, of course, as possible.

If it stood longer, maybe the fuel had gone. Lit up and that's it. I have practiced two such cases empirically.

After replacing the pressure valve and bleeding air, the car works as it should.
