    Hello,
I replaced the stove that is 14 years old burner bodies with covers. Old bodies were very dirty. They had their mounting screws torn off. After replacing and folding the oven, feel the gas from under the burners. What could be the reason?
I will add that I mounted the nozzles to the bodies. Should I also replace the nozzles with such a replacement?

    best regards

Hello. Check with a gas meter where exactly the gas escapes? I think the gas supply pipes are not tightened.

I don't have a meter. I checked the tubes. They are all tightened. The nozzles are also tightened.

To call a gasman or borrow with gas no kidding. There is no leakage of gas from nowhere, there is a leak somewhere.

I know. I cut off the gas on the valve. I called 992, I thought they would check where it was volatile, but they don't come to such things.
Maybe someone will recommend a gas to me. Near Lesznowola near Piaseczno.

And here a colleague called to check the tightness. http://darbud.org/gazownik-piaseczno

Thank you. I called. Someone has to drive up and check for leaks.
How much can such a check cost?

There were two men with a meter. They touched in different places and said that he was letting go through the jets.
According to them, old nozzles to be replaced.
The visit lasted 5 minutes. The gentlemen said that the standard review costs PLN 200, but they will take PLN 100 from me. It's a sick price. I would add that the stove had an open top so that there was easy access to the interior.

Today I had some time so I started checking for leaks using the foam method from Ludwik.
I started with the stove and ended up on the gas supply pipe.
It turned out that there was a leak at the bottom end of the power cord. Surely taking out the stove before I unscrewed the top end, I pulled too much and the cord at the bottom has loosened, by the way not unscrewed for several years.
I remind you: according to the "specialist" there was a leak on the nozzles!
Oh horror! Let's defend ourselves against such specialists.
Or maybe there are no more. Maybe those real ones went to England a long time ago ?!
