Hello, I have a problem with the original Philips TV remote control, namely the TV has EasyLink functions (remote control for many devices connected via HDMI). The decoder also has the "alternative remote control" option, but when this option is selected, a message pops up to press the zero button on the alternative remote control. After pressing this button, the decoder does not respond to the TV remote control. Do you know how, what should the correct pairing of this remote control look like? Any of you had such a problem?

I gave up the CAM module, because this TV does not allow you to preview what "flies" on the TV in real time when switching channels.

TV model: Philips 55PUS6412 Android TV
    Decoder: Skymaster globo hdxc2

EasyLink - this is the Philips name for the HDMI-CEC communication / control standard.

To take advantage of the benefits of this control, both devices, i.e. the TV set and in this case the decoder, must support this standard.

I reviewed the instructions for this decoder. Although shortened because I did not find another.
There is no word about HDMI-CEC support and therefore control of the decoder via HDMI does not seem possible, based on this quick guide.

Have a colleague check the settings of this decoder for HDMI-CEC or ask the service to ask if such a function is built into this decoder.
If such a function is actually in the decoder, it must be activated.
