    Hello
I have had a problem with my TV for some time.
I live abroad and I have connected to a Philips TV Polsat decoder via HDMI.
The problem is that when I come from work I want to turn on the TV, I turn on the TV and then the decoder and here is the problem that after turning on the TV and then the decoder writes "RC transition is On" and no picture and then writes "no signal"
I tried off. everything and the decoder itself is the TV turned on and the same problem.
    What to do ?
Easy Link is on on TV
The Digital Polsat decoder is HD5500s
I read something about HDMI-CEC The decoder has it and it is on because it is activated with one remote control, but maybe I don't know something.
I am asking for help because I do not know what to do. I don't have a TV at the moment.

If I were a colleague, I would turn off all these HDMI-CECs, i.e. EasyLink on TV and in the decoder.
Then turn off these devices with the remote control and disconnect them physically from the mains for a few minutes.

After that, turn on the TV and then the set-top box after another 2-3 minutes.
The purpose of these procedures is to obtain an image from a set-top box on a TV set without any optional HDMI-CEC functions.
Of course, at this point, the devices will be controlled by their own remotes.

If this does not work, please perform a factory reset.

    One note

Ok so I did. I turned off these functions in both the decoder and the TV. And as you wrote, I turned on one by one, the result was the same - no signal on HDMI 1, I tried the same on others. So I disconnected all devices from the network and turned on after a few minutes - Result? after plugging in to the network, the TV turns on by itself and I press the decoder, it works in the same way as before, the decoder turns on and downloads updates (previously it also worked like this - only this is how I could turn on and watch) I turn off the TV and the set-top box with remote controls, turn on the problem after a few minutes and the problem one with no signal on the TV. so Factory settings. showed "This video mode cannot be displayed" now what?
I'm already crazy with this TV ...
After several times of switching on and off the devices and the Decoder, there is no signal.

    Well, something's dirty ...

I would start by changing the HDMI cable and not some lowest shelf, something from the horizontal mediums under a well-known brand.
    If that doesn't help, I would go two-track ...
1 - The TV and set-top box can be connected with a Scart cable - not HD, but always something.
2 - You need to check which of these devices is not working properly, i.e.
a - connect the TV set with another device via the HDMI line
b - connect the set-top box to another TV set.

Usual elimination method. I don't think anything better can be imagined here.

PS Does the message "RC transition enabled" still appear?
If so, please check the fragment of Tv Phillips manual below, except that your colleague will disable this feature.

    2 Press the (Home) button.
3 Press the (arrows) button to select a device with HDMI connection in the main menu.
    4 Press OPTIONS.
5 Press the button to select [Enable RC Transition], and then press the OK button.
    >>Common remote control is enabled on the selected device.
