Maybe a stupid question - but did you check on the other PCI slots in the motherboard?

In addition, does not the motherboard have power sockets?
As far as I know, the GTX 1050 Zotac took power from the motherboard (no power connection to the card from the power supply). So maybe there is not so much "strength to pull this card" - what power supply?

If you have mounted the card correctly, the motherboard is probably damaged. Carefully clean the PCI-E slot, look at the pins in it, whether the metal pins / plates in the slot are evenly inward. Try any other graphics card to exclude any incompatibilities (they should not be here but you never know)

I recommend using a brush that does not get lost. I am not convinced of compressed air. Heatsinks can still be blown but not very much in slots.

    Give the brand and model.
The BIOS is worth updating. Do a CMOS reset stubbornly to the effect. Sometimes it helps.
Fire "on the spider" outside the casing.
Check that there are no bent pins in the socket, place a precise photo.
The same applies to the PCI-E slot.
Friends for some reason they would give to an efficient album? Discussion.

I would replace this PSU, especially since the card must only be powered from the PCI-E slots. I do not trust the SPC power supplies.
