Yesterday I cut my phone - Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 - it turned off first, then there was information about the phone reset and return to the factory settings. After switching on the phone, there is a configuration which stops when you need to enter the Google account data that was previously configured with this device - enter it (address password) but the message "Unable to log on to the device due to an unknown error, try logging in from another account or after 24 hours "I also tried from another, but it is the same. By logging into these accounts through a browser on a laptop, everything works.
Anyone could do something about it? Can you somehow avoid it in a less complicated way? I do not hide that I am a little green when it comes to such things
The phone was taken at once with the subscription in the salon - If they go there they will do something (the phone has a guarantee) or would rather wash their hands and will have to go to the site?
I would like to add that I did not perform any reset, etc. the phone itself during the use of "this is how it behaved"
I will be grateful for help
