Hello! I have a TV set as in the title, sometimes I was able to turn it on, but now for a long time after turning it on, the red LED flashes, the TV flickers regularly and the screen does not turn on. I searched for a few topics and it follows that it should be enough to replace the 1000uF 10V capacitors, but this is a different Samsung model and I would like to make sure, because I am "green" in electronics, or maybe someone will find other irregularities there? I attach a photo of the plate after unscrewing the housing. Best wishes.

To replace the capacitors from the first picture and they are not 1000uF 10V but 10000uF 25V. If you are green then give the power supply to someone who can.

First, swollen capacitors to be replaced. Next to the blue ones are black, replace these and those prophylactically. Pay attention to the polarity. If this is too much for you, contact the service center, because this is just the beginning of the repair, not necessarily the final. Didn't you write a word or did you measure something, did you check?

This is the best solution, because you also need some skills to trade. You break paths without them. The price may vary depending on whether you order the replacement of the capacitors or the repair of the TV. The most sensible thing to do is to first ask for the replacement of the damaged parts on this board (not all the damage is always visible) and only when you assemble it and it doesn't work, have it checked.
