I have a problem connecting Mate 10 Lite via bluetooth with Opel Insignia. During pairing, I mark access to contacts on my phone. Unfortunately, the car cannot see the contacts, it does not ring after entering the number manually. On the phone in Bluetooth it says "Connected (no telephone)". Resetting network settings does not help.
The Phone sound option cannot be activated
The problem does not occur with Sony and Samsung phones.
I am asking for help in solving the problem.
