    I also bought a webcam (endoscope) and there is no picture on any Huawei phone (P9, P10 Lite and Mate 10 Lite).
    On a laptop or tablet, everything works so you can say that in the Huawei OTG phones it is just bajer, which does not work.

    For me (Samsung Galaxy J5) one USB camera works and the other one is not (endoscope). Maybe you have a way to install missing drivers?
