I have headphones for a short time, just 3-4 months. I listened to music, then turned it off and in about an hour I wanted again and since then the right earphone sounds soooo quiet and a crackling sound is heard. I opened it to see the cables. I do not know how to add pictures in the attachment, and I would ask you to write if there is something wrong with them. Thanks in advance.
