    I have a rectifier: Deca MACH 214
    and battery: Tuborg Silver TS553-053

The car was parked in the parking lot for two months. Now there is no reaction after turning the key. Nothing is displayed. When I check the battery voltage while charging with the charger, it shows about 2.5V all the time. The battery is approx. 4 months old and the charger was bought yesterday.

I would like to add that when I charge the battery, the indicator showing the intensity during charging does not change position at all. Whether the battery is connected or not, the indicator shows 0A. Has the battery died then?

Automatic rectifiers require a certain minimum voltage to be present at the battery terminals. Do you have the option of recharging it with an ordinary transformer? Borrow from a neighbor for at least a few hours or try to temporarily connect it on cables (just in case, solid through gloves) to another functional one and only your charger?

As Col. BC109B , check the 5A fuse.
Turn on a 40-55W bulb in series with the battery.
Up to voltage approx. 11V charge via light bulb, above this voltage charge normally (without light bulb).
The light bulb acts as a charging current limiter, a deeply discharged battery short-circuits the charger and causes the fuse to "burn".
