    Hello

I apologize in advance if I messed up something, I have no experience in writing on forums,
I have an old LCD screen from a laptop / 14-15 inch /. Efficient because it worked until the end. I would like to convert it into an independent monitor, e.g. for a raspberry pi. I need a board with an HDMI input and other video plugs. Overall, I don't know what I need. The number on the screen is N141 / 1 -L03, I do not know if it is exactly this number, so I add photos.

The screen has a plate for a CCLF Lamp and a small plug comes out of it

There is a plate on the back of the screen,

In general, I need a set that will light this screen for me and I will be able to connect this small plate with power to the lamp / if I can connect it /. I also need information about the power supply I will need for this and possible settings for this board. And the main question is is it possible to buy it here? If the given data is not enough, I will try to complete it.

    best regards

The matrix model is N141I1 -L03
Here you have his datasheet http://www.beyondinfinite.com/lcd/Library/Chimei/N141I1-L03.pdf

You need exactly the same components as I wrote about here
    https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic2859840-2160.html#17159134

    Repeat to be sure :)

To start N141I1 -L03 you need:
Such an LVDS cable or solder yourself from what was at the matrix
    Such a V29 controller
    or
    Such a V56 Kontroller
Such an inverter or solder yourself from what was at the matrix
    Such a 7keys keyboard
That's all you need from components.
Use any firmware with "1280x800" and "SI6L" in the name, if not "SI8L" (for V56).
Set the jumper on the controller to 3.3V.
Firmware packages can be found on my website https://sites.google.com/site/lcd4hobby/
    It's supposed to work.

12V 2-3A converter power supply, plus inside, you must not confuse plus and minus :) .

If you can't solder, order Such an inverter already with a cable
    Suitable for the controller.

    Hello

The v56 board has just arrived, I wanted to solder the matrix cable so I didn't order it / my mistake /. The problem is that I have all the pin data from the matrix and from the v56 controller, their signature gives me trouble, and I would not like to burn everything for good morning. If someone was so nice and in the picture below assigned me the pin numbers from the matrix to those from the v56 controller.

Everything is fine, I had minor problems only with the original inverter for the matrix, but it turned out that it needs 19v to start up, so I ordered a universal one, which works without any problems. Thank you very much for help. Now all that's left is to finish him off in another sense of the word :) . I close and thank you again.

You also need to write something to close. So I will describe in more detail.

I ordered for my matrix what my friend gave me above, i.e. the v56 board, unfortunately I wanted to do as much as possible myself, so I limited myself only to the board with the remote control and the addition with 7 buttons and the ir diode. As I wrote above, the original inverter turned out to be too demanding / 19v / and I had to buy a universal one / which probably works in the 5-26v range /. The conversion of the matrix cable was successful thanks to my colleague Remzibi, but I recommend buying such a cable to electronics hobbyists like me !! Then it was enough to upload only the soft, out of three options for the resolution of 1280x800 / 16: 10 /, after the first I had noise in the top bar of the screen, the second soft was already running perfectly. Thank you again!
