    Hello!
I have a 7 inch display. Can it be adapted to the Raspberry Pi?

You didn't show the most interesting thing, the tip. Show what connector it has, how many pins it has.

This matrix probably has a 40-pin LVDS connector, you won't plug it into RPi.

No connection, via an HDMI adapter, only you need to know what are the signals on this tape. Will not fit any standard 40 pin LVDS tapes. In total, the DSI on the 40 pin tape is also similar, so there is no certainty that it is not a DSI.
Well, you gotta get past that tape. You can't go without it.
