Firmware is unlikely to help because there is probably an FRP lock.

There is no point in loading the software, you need to remove the blockage, e.g. a sigma that services have.

Problem solved with the Sp Flash Tool program, select Format All + Download, upload the Android 7.0 ROM from and thanks everything for interest in the topic
