Hello, the problem is as follows, the person who uses this phone set a code to lock the screen and then forgot it, unfortunately I can't do a hard reset because the volume keys don't work terribly. You can enter the recovery mode but you cannot navigate the menu.

Is it possible to trigger a hard reset with some flash program or code from the keyboard in emergency call mode?

If you have used a google account, you will still have to delete it after a hard reset. If you don't have data for this account, you won't be able to use your phone anyway.

All MTK equipment can handle the implementation of Hard Reset in this model.

If it has a google account, all you have to do is go to the Unlock / Fix tab and select Clear Setting / Frp

I suspect that the author does not have the appropriate equipment for this type of repair.
It remains to go to the site in your area.

I was able to do a hard reset using side keys whose response was random. Sometimes the mute button instead of down moved up or confirmed or didn't want to respond at all. The worst thing was moving to the yes option after choosing the reset option. It took a while and caused a little pain in the fingers because you had to squeeze them severely but it worked.
