Hello, I owe part of myself because I hang Allegro a dozen zlotys, I sold a lot and paid them regularly, then I had a short break and apparently later after my payment they charged some commissions because I was convinced that I owed them nothing ... and yet. I was abroad a bit, for many days, weeks without even having time to check my e-mails or by briefly checking. And since yesterday I get a text message from some Altus RMS company with the account number and the amount? I think it's some kind of fake, how can you name a serious debt collection company after these communist columns ?? But today the second text message and then the third one so it made me think. Now the question is whether this idiotically named company is actually from allegro? And whether to pay to the account provided by them or to Allegro via the website?

    Hi.

If you know that you owe someone money, pay it back. It is not important which debt collection company took over your debt :)

Besides, google "Altus RMS" and read, these are not boys without necks who will break your hands :)

    Regards and good luck

    Sorry, I didn't read it.

The surest and easiest way is to explain the whole matter first with Allegro, debt collection may have outdated data.

So far, I paid through the Allegro website and we will see if they detach, in fact there was the amount of PLN 17, evidently something must have been delayed after my last payment because I clearly remember that I was clean towards Allegro. They informed me by e-mail, but for the e-mail contact I have an account that I use very little due to the huge amount of incoming spam.

I was looking on the net and in fact, this idiotically named company exists and is collecting debts for Allegro. Heh I haven't laughed so much for a long time, they had fantasies.

And the Allegro said you owed them something?
Because Allegro could have rented this company, but when Allegro sold this debt, you are not debtor of Allegro, but of this company.

Pay nothing and contact the company that is demanding some payment in this way without specifying the payment title. Any payment is then treated as an admission of the obligation.
Even if someone were to sell your debt, the buyer must notify you and provide information about the amount of the debt and its origin.

In addition, the debt collection company is not entitled to charge additional "its" fees. Despite this, they often illegally add various commissions, costs of execution and whatever else they come up with, and just as often propose that if you pay quickly, they will cancel some or all of these additional fees that are not due to them anyway.

It doesn't even have to be with ALLEGRO.

It is about PLN 17 which actually appeared in "my allegro" as a liability. As I wrote earlier, after moving, I sold a lot and regularly at the end of the month I paid them so I don't know where this amount came from, but it is so funny that there is nothing to talk about, sometimes I paid them PLN 400-500 commission and I never did any problem, if I only knew I would pay them something back on the way :) I know - it's a bit of my fault because I could log in and check, but I didn't have time for literally anything lately.

By the way, why the Allegro does not inform you by text message or only floods the phone with e-mails, and the text message only appears from the debt collection company after a few months?

For now, from yesterday, peace of mind with SMS from this coolly named Altus RMS company
so we will see. I hope they will not answer in 10 years that I owe them a dozen or so thousand hehe

After 10 years, they can kiss you on the pump if you want it - the statute of limitations, provided that you do not pay them even a penny before the lapse of 10 years.

    It's from Allegro.
Sometimes I forget to pay (or oil :P ) and I also get e-mails and SMS from them.
