Good morning, I have a problem with samsung J5. For no reason, the screen was suddenly black. I took out the battery and turned it on again, there were vibrations but there is still a black screen. I am asking for help what could have broken? And how to fix it?

The disc has been damaged or the display. Take it to the service or take advantage of the warranty if you still have one.

Before you follow the advice of your colleagues above, you can unplug and attach the LCD tape. A fork knife can help. When you remove the battery cover, on the left side in the housing, in the upper part is a plug. That is where the lcd tape comes in.

I have a black screen on my Samsung. So the symptom seems to be the same. On the other hand, with me, after turning on the phone you can hear that the system starts. And I noticed that if I enter a dark room and shine a torch on the screen, you can see the icons and can even click.

J5 the scary one with the removable battery door or the newer one without the removable battery?
