Będę chciała mieć dużo programów zainstalowanych np. word, itp. potem do oglądania filmów, skypa, zdjęcia, filmiki z telefonu, foldery z różnymi rzeczami. Na co mam zwrócić wtedy uwagę na ram, czyli 8 ram czy mam wybrać 12 Ram?

Of the three laptops you have presented, I recommend the laptop first.

This laptop has a relatively powerful AMD processor with a 4-core A10-Series-A10-9620P (turbo 2.5 ... 3.4 GHz), which will perform better than the 2-core Intel processors installed in the other two presented by you. laptops.
In addition, this laptop has a dedicated AMD Radeon 530 graphics card, which will allow you to play less demanding games.
A sufficiently large capacity of 12 GB RAM along with the specified processor will allow you to freely browse the Internet, movies, open more websites without hangers.
The large capacity of the HDD - 1000 GB will allow you to collect a large amount of movies, videos from the phone, photos, etc.
Unfortunately, the laptop does not have an SSD that could speed up the system, but not everything you can have in a budget laptop.

HP Notebook 15-bs033nl - I would take this one. Higher single core performance, higher overall performance, low voltage processor which will translate into longer battery life. 8 Gb of Ram is enough to browse the Internet and open more tabs, a fast 256 GB SSD drive, but with the things you write about, you should fit in, although it is not recommended to keep very important data on SSD, safer on a disk HDD. The graphics card is also enough because you have not written anything about playing, so it will be fine. Generally, it is worthwhile for the processor and disk. The latter HP 15-BW021NL has a larger disk but slower and a bit better graphics and that's it.

If there is interest, then I propose a new laptop with Acer Aspire 5 for PLN 2719, fully equipped with the latest components.

    Acer Aspire 5 / price 2719 PLN / 8th generation Intel i3-8130U 2-core processor (turbo 2.2 ... 3.4 GHz) / matte matrix 15.6 "LED Full HD (screen resolution 1920 x 1080) made in IPS / RAM 8 GB technology ( 2400 MHz) / two drives: SSD 120 GB + HDD 1000 GB / dedicated graphics MX130 - 2 GB GDDR5 / installed Windows 10 Home PL / white keyboard backlight / aluminum laptop interior ...
    https://www.x-kom.pl/p/402217-notebook-laptop...e-5-i3-8130u-8gb-1201000-win10-mx130-ips.html

This laptop has a matrix of good quality made in IPS technology (quality much better than TN matrices) characterized by wide viewing angles, very good color reproduction, high contrast with deep black, high brightness ...
The laptop has two disks: an electronic SSD disk and a magnetic-mechanical HDD disk.
The laptop on the SSD has Windows 10 installed, and therefore the system opens and closes quickly about 10 seconds, and turning on applications and switching websites is also fast without jams.
You can store photos, movies, magazines, games, etc. on the large capacity HDD.
The illuminated keyboard allows you to use your laptop while typing in a dim room.
On a dedicated graphics card with a given processor, you can "run" even some new, less demanding games on low settings (1280 x 720).

However, if the amount allocated to the purchase of a laptop was smaller, I would suggest cheaper equipment similar to the previous one with the same processor and graphics card and with a backlit keyboard, but with a TN-type matrix, without an SSD drive, and with less RAM.

    Acer Aspire 5 / price 2249 PLN / 8th generation Intel i3-8130U 2-core processor (turbo 2.2 ... 3.4 GHz) / matte matrix 15.6 "Full HD LED (1920 x 1080 screen resolution) TN / RAM 4 GB (2400 MHz) ) / 1000 GB HDD / dedicated graphics MX130 - 2 GB GDDR5 / installed Windows 10 Home PL / white keyboard backlight / aluminum laptop interior ...
    https://www.x-kom.pl/p/402165-notebook-laptop...pire-5-i3-8130u-4gb-1000-win10-mx130-fhd.html
There are two positive ratings about this laptop.

    Look at the comparison charts.

It doesn't matter that it has 4 "cores".

Admittedly, AMD CPUs have always been qualitatively inferior to Intel CPUs, but recently AMD CPUs have improved their performance and I wouldn't judge them as harshly as you mate did.
Referring to the link attached by you regarding the tests of the AMD A10-9620P 4-core processor (clock frequency - turbo 4 x 2.5 ... 3.4 GHz), you must now present the tests of 2-core Intel processors from the i3 6006U group (frequency 2.0 GHz clock speed) and 6100U (2.3 GHz clock frequency) to compare the parameters of the three processors.
I judged the above AMD processor on the basis of the CPU benchmark, and this ranking shows that the AMD processor outperforms the overall scores of Intel processors presented here.
The i3 6006U processor in the CPU Benchmark scored 3111 points,
    https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i3-6006U+%40+2.00GHz&id=2912
i3 6100U processor in CPU Benchmark scored 3581 points,
    https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i3-6100U+%40+2.30GHz&id=2623
and the AMD A10-9620P processor in CPU Benchmark scored 3847 points.
    https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+A10-9620P&id=3060

However, while browsing the tests of Intel and AMD processors (I enclose the links)
    I3 6006U Tests:
    https://www.notebookcheck.pl/Intel-Core-i3-6006U.183144.0.html
    I3 6100U Tests:
    https://www.notebookcheck.pl/Intel-Core-i3-6100U.149557.0.html
    AMD A10-9620P Tests:
    https://www.notebookcheck.pl/AMD-Bristol-Ridge-A10-9620P.272760.0.html
It turned out that the AMD processor does not do so badly compared to Intel processors.

For example, in the Cinebench R15 tests (this program measures the performance of the CPU and GPU up to 64 threads) the AMD processor is equal to the i3 6006U processor. In this respect, it is slightly surpassed by the i3 6100U.
    CPU i3 6006U:
    Cinebench R15 - CPU Multi 64Bit - 154 ... 218 points
    Cinebench R15 - CPU Single 64Bit - 69 ... 84 points
    CPU i3 6100U:
    Cinebench R15 - CPU Multi 64Bit - 240 ... 251 points
    Cinebench R15 - CPU Single 64Bit - 92 ... 98 points
    AMD A10-9620P CPU:
    Cinebench R15 - CPU Multi 64Bit - 230 points
    Cinebench R15 - CPU Single 64Bit - 72 points

The results of three AMD processor tests performed by the "Super Pi mod 1.5 XS" application, which checks the speed and stability of the processors, are comparable (or even better) to the three test results with the I3 6006U processor. On the other hand, the results of the same tests between AMD and the i3 6100U favor the i3 6100U, but do not differ much.
The results of one of the three tests:
    CPU i3 6006U - Super Pi mod 1.5 XS 2M * - 42.3 sec.
    CPU i3 6100U - Super Pi mod 1.5 XS 2M * - 37.7 sec.
    CPU AMD A10-9620P - Super Pi mod 1.5 XS 2M * - 40.3 sec.

A test performed by the X264 HD Benchmark 4.0 program, which measures the conversion of a short clip into Full HD quality encoded in the x264 video codec in frames per second, indicates that the AMD processor is doing better in this case than Intel processors.
The results of one of the two tests:
    CPU i3 6006U - X264 HD Benchmark 4.0 - Pass 2 - 14.1 fps
    CPU i3 6100U - X264 HD Benchmark 4.0 - Pass 2 - 16 fps
    CPU AMD A10-9620P - X264 HD Benchmark 4.0 - Pass 2 - 16.3 fps

The tests in 3DMarks are not so kind to the AMD processor, but not that bad, and the 3DMark Fire Strke test shows a pretty decent result for the AMD processor.
This program is used to test the performance of computer hardware, emphasizing its graphic capabilities.
If in this 3DMark tests of the AMD processor with dedicated graphics Radeon 530 were carried out, the result would certainly be much better compared to the result with integrated graphics.
    CPU i3 6006U - 3DMark - Fire Strike Physics 1920x1080 - 3220pts
    CPU i3 6100U - 3DMark - Fire Strike Physics 1920x1080 - 3367 ... 3805 points
    CPU AMD A10-9620P - 3DMark - Fire Strike Physics 1920x1080 - 3175 points

Undoubtedly, the priority in the series will still be 2-core Intel processors manufactured with the more modern 14 mm technology than the 4-core AMD processor, whose cores are produced with the 28 mm technology, and the maximum cache is 2 MB.
But the AMD processor makes up for these technological imperfections with a higher clock frequency (turbo 4 x 2.5 ... 3.4 GHz) than Intel processors, which allows it to easily operate various types of applications, programs, multimedia players and games.
Therefore, I would not call the "carrion" of the AMD processor discussed here (introduced in January 2017) or other newer AMD processors (e.g. Ryzen), because these are not E-series processors produced for many years without major changes in their performance, but processors that they are currently trying to seriously compete in computing power with Intel processors ...

If a laptop with an AMD A10-9620P processor, with dedicated Radeon 530 graphics and 12 GB RAM, was at a bargain price, say around PLN 2,000, I stick to my opinion and recommend this equipment ... but the choice will still be left to the author theme.

    From these poor descriptions
is the tenth (10) Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15ABR laptop
    A good mid-range AMD A12-9720P 4-core processor (2.7 ... 3.6 GHz turbo) is installed in this laptop.
A sufficiently large capacity of 12 GB RAM along with the specified processor will allow you to freely browse the Internet, movies, open more websites without hangers.
The large capacity of the HDD - 1000 GB will allow you to collect a large amount of movies, phone videos, photos. games etc.
The screen resolution is not great (1366x768 pixels), but for some people with the 15.6 "panel, this resolution is sufficient for comfortable work.
After all, the laptop has a dedicated AMD Radeon 530 graphics card, which will allow you to play less demanding games.
Unfortunately, the laptop does not have an SSD disk that could speed up the system, for example when opening and closing.

    Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15ABR review
    https://www.tabletowo.pl/2018/02/16/test-recenzja-lenovo-ideapad-320-15abr-opinia/
    https://www.tabletowo.pl/2018/02/16/test-recenzja-lenovo-ideapad-320-15abr-opinia/2/
The review concerns a laptop with a matrix with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels TN type, with 4 GB RAM and another graphics card - AMD R7 M440.

There is another laptop worth mentioning is the seventh (7) ACER Aspire 3 A315-51-312A laptop

In this hardware, the disk capacity is small for your needs, only 256 GB, because you wrote this: "it is necessary to have a lot of space in the laptop for photos, skype, and other programs"
The screen resolution is also not great - 1366x768 pixels, but sufficient for some people.
A decent 2-core Intel i3- 7130U processor along with a 256GB SSD drive with Windows 10 installed will boot up and shutdown quickly.
Applications, programs, browsing the Internet thanks to the SSD disk in tandem with the processor and 8 GB RAM will also be opened quickly without jams or hangs.
This laptop does not have a dedicated graphics card but an integrated Intel HD 620 card, but you can play simple games on it.

PS. I suppose that the laptops listed in post # 1 are cheap equipment from the sale, because in order to judge a given laptop well in terms of suitability, you need to know its price and exact parameters, and here there is no information about prices except for rudimentary descriptions of the parameters of individual laptops.

But it pays off, does not necessarily have to buy an SSD drive right away, let him buy with $ GB of RAM and only HDD and in a month he will buy an SSD and a RAM 4/8 GB for another bone.
It's better than in two months to get a topic on how to overclock the processor / graphics because it does not work in games.

The discussion revolves around choosing between two HP laptop models: the HP 15-BW021NL and the HP Notebook 15-BS033NL, focusing on their suitability for running multiple programs, watching movies, and general usage. The HP 15-BW021NL features an AMD A10-9620P processor, 12 GB RAM, a 1000 GB HDD, and an AMD Radeon 530 graphics card, making it capable of handling various tasks and storing large amounts of data. However, it lacks an SSD, which could enhance system speed. In contrast, the HP Notebook 15-BS033NL is equipped with an Intel Core i3-6006U processor, 8 GB RAM, and a 256 GB SSD, offering better single-core performance and faster data access, but with less storage capacity. Users express differing opinions on the importance of RAM and SSDs, with some recommending the first model for its graphics capabilities and others favoring the second for its overall performance and battery efficiency.
