    Hello,
at the outset I would like to point out that I am not a specialist in electronic systems and I have a fairly short experience in this field, and for the first time I'm starting Mana with Climatronic.

The problem is that after servicing Mana TGS from 2007, the sealing of the air conditioning system did not start. After connecting TEXA I received:
    - 3000 external sensor active error, unfortunately undefined (report below)
    - errors 3041 and 3140 were passive errors which I deleted, although 3140 returned after two days of driving

I checked the texas of compressor clutch engagement - the clutch engages and the air conditioning cools.
I ordered an outside temperature sensor to check the resistance. It turned out that the error was active even after the sensor was replaced (resistance of the new one around 1600, the old one on the car after the 1350 ohm route). The sensor power supply is 5V. I unscrewed the harnesses and the cover of the electrical connections and both cables have no break.
Interestingly, with a new and old sensor, the external temperature according to the computer is 10 C.

    Hence the question:
Is there any typical damage site? Where or how to look for a short / open circuit? Maybe someone has schematics or knows how these wires run? Suggestions?

ps: Sorry for the lack of FMI code, but it was 19:00 and I was quite tired.
ps2: I'm looking for fault in the cables, because the sensor was basically checked and I came across this topic earlier:

Hello. You have probably replaced the wrong sensor. Check the sensor on the cabin filter housing under the flap.

Check the hoses also running on the cabin filter housing between the wiper arms.

Just like the colleagues write: the culprit will be the sensor in the cabin filter interior which is (as you stand in front of the car) on the right side of the filter housing at approximately eye level. Most often the cables rot right next to the sensor itself.

Let it clarify. Below I put graphics, I understand that the right sensor is somewhere within the red field? Photo borrowed from the filter replacement instructions, I haven't looked at it yet.

If "my" sensor is here, what is that and why is it similar, if not the same? That one is used to adjust the engine or what?

The sensor responsible for the proper operation of the air conditioner is in the red box which you have marked in the picture. There is another outside temperature sensor on the corner of the cabin, but it has no effect on the air conditioner, so leave it alone ;)

Ok, some time has passed, but yesterday I submitted and works. Thank you for the advice, the problem was a break in the temperature sensor circuit at the cabin filter.

I have two more questions and we're closing. What is the second sensor at the corner of the cabin and does the one at the filter play any significant role in manual air conditioning?

If no one wants to answer - we close.

The problem was the broken cable at the sensor itself. It fell apart in my hands. Thanks for the answers

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting the air conditioning system of a 2007 Man TGS equipped with Climatronic. The user encountered an active error related to the external temperature sensor (error code 3000) after servicing the vehicle. Despite replacing the sensor, the error persisted, leading to further investigation. Responses from other users suggested checking the sensor located near the cabin filter housing, which is crucial for the air conditioning's operation. Ultimately, the user discovered a break in the temperature sensor circuit at the cabin filter, resolving the issue. Additional queries about the role of another sensor at the cabin corner were raised but not fully addressed.
