Hello, the question is short, is there a way to turn on the phone when the power button is not working? some people write that you press the volume buttons at once but it doesn't work, please help

You can try the + volume button and the key at the bottom of the screen and insert the charger.
Then select reboot from the menu and it should boot normally.

unfortunately I don't see the menu when I do

Try to press vol- and vol + at the same time and connect to the charger. I'm not sure if it will work with this model.
You can definitely boot via adb by typing reboot. You will need a computer and minimal adb and fastboot drivers.

Well, unfortunately, I tried the volume buttons a few times at a time, but nothing of it .. And as for this method with the computer, I will try it, but I have to first see what and how, i.e. these drivers because I'm green in it

This model does not have a removable battery, so without disassembling the phone (and this could help fix the switch) it cannot be done.

It is certainly not possible to start the phone in this way because neither ADB nor fastboot (this mode is not available at all in Samsung) does not work on a turned off phone.

The first advice was generally good, but you should hold down vol- + home + power (if power does not work the same vol- + home and plug in the charger) and on the first screen again vol- to restart instead of launching the download mode. Not every play will enter download mode if the switch does not work.
You can try a "plug" which will force the download mode after connecting (you can buy "unbrick jig samsung" for pennies or do it yourself), but then the phone will immediately enter the download and you have to figure out how to force restart from this level.
