Best 32-43 TV for PLN 2,000: Full-HD vs 4K, Movies, Xbox One, YouTube, Comparison & Suggestions

Hello.
I'm going to buy a new tv for the small room where X there will be a TV there because of the amount of space the choice fell on 32 to 43 'inches. price up to PLN 2,000

Purpose of tv is mainly:
- movies with pendrive / external disk in quality / 1080p and higher
xbox one console (racing)
YouTube / sometimes a match or usually watching tv.

There is only one question left, namely Full-HD or 4k for my needs, which I mentioned above? I know that the vast majority are already buying 4k but ... I have a few questions:
-when watching a movie, e.g. from a pendrive, or ordinary television on a 4k TV, the picture will be better than on a FullHd TV?
- console for tv fullhd / 4k will there be any differences?
generally how do you display 4k content on the tv with smaller resolutions?

Of course, I am asking for several sensible models, both 4k and Full-HD. best regards
