Facebook Login Failure: Persistent 'Sorry, something went wrong' Message for Over 2 Months

Hello,

I cannot log in to my Facebook account for over 2 months. When you try to login, something like this pops up:

"Sorry, something went wrong.
We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. "
I will add that the mobile version of the phone also does not work and a message appears to log in to facebook.com and follow the instructions displayed.
I changed the password twice and it doesn't do anything.

I don't know where to report such a problem at all. On the help facebook page to write anything you have to log in or error again.
