    Hello
I have windows 10. I reset the settings to the initial state with the option to delete all personal files, applications and settings. While I lost all the necessary files to myself, I forgot to copy the Mozilla firefox profile folder. After downloading this browser and logging into my account, I lost all bookmarks and history. Synchronization does nothing.
Can it be recovered somehow? Could it possibly be possible to recover the lost firefox profile folder using some program after such a system restart?

If you didn't sync before Firefox reset, then syncing won't do anything after the reset. Synchronization is carried out in order to save the browser configuration and profile content in the cloud. If you have never synced, your Firefox cloud is empty. If you have been synchronizing, log in to the account on which you did the synchronization and all settings will be restored, including the tabs.

    This tip:

Why not try this - >> Click on the bar at the top of Bookmarks -> View all bookmarks - >> Import and backup - >> Restore

It will only work before the reset as resetting also deletes all backups of your bookmarks. Such a copy of bookmarks is in the location:
    Code: Text
Log in, to see the code

The only solution would be to search the disk for deleted files using some program designed for that purpose, such as Recuva. You would just need to search the above given location looking for files of the type * .jsonlz4 . Little chance you get it back.
