Hello, the problem is Polo 9N 1.9 TDI engine code ATD year 2002
Since I made a gasket under the head, the indicator light (engine overheating) burns too high or there is no fluid in the tank. (as in the picture).
The situation looks like this:
After ignition of the engine on a cold at the beginning of the day, the indicator will light up more than once after driving a few kilometers. Later, every firing lights up immediately or after a while. It blinks and a one-time buzzer sounds.
----- Fluid in the tank is topped up even a little over ---
What I did:
1 - I cleaned the tank - Nothing helped
2 - I replaced the tank with a new one - NOTHING HELPED -
3- I measured on one cable from the plug to the tank is the weight with the engine the other goes directly to the meter cube on the right, I gave a jumper from the cable - NOTHING HELP
4 - I gave weight from the engine directly to the meter - NOTHING HELPED
5 - I cut off the cable right next to the clock plug, thinking that it might be damaged somewhere (I measured it with a meter and had a passage but I wanted to eliminate its possible defect) I connected a new cable to the plug at the tank - Nothing helped
6 - I replaced the coolant temperature sensor in the head connector (gray) - NOTHING HELPED
7 - no errors in the computer
8 - I looked at the temperature on the indicator, the pointer stands correctly vertically, on a connected computer the temperature does not exceed 92 degrees.
I HAVE NO CONCEPT WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHAT THIS CONTROL IS LIGHTING FOR. Can there be something with clocks? When I test the clocks on the computer, the indicator lights up and goes off correctly.
----------------- Have any ideas ? -----------------
