Hi. I need help. I wanted to associate a Google account with my HUAWEI ID on my phone (Huawei P20, but I keep popping up with the message shown in the attached photo. I don't know how to deal with it. Can someone help me?

The message says you already have your Google Account associated with the other phone. If not, you can try hardreset.

I use the same meil and passwords on each phone, since June I have this phone and I understand that it was associated on the old phone? Or even on an earlier one? Every phone is always factory reset. And would I have to do a hard reset on the phone, a factory reset? Thanks for the information, I check everything for a woman and I do, but it's cumin for 2 days and I'm pale.

It looks. if you had Huawei phones before. Have you tried to log in via your goggle account and check as in the message?

I just had Lenovo before. I still have that phone at home. Later, when I'm home, I'll turn it on and see if anything goes to do it
