After turning on the keyboard or remote control, the LED starts flashing twice, pause and again, etc. ... Nothing goes on. Does not turn on. Later for the reaction. you have to turn off the power and again the same. The power supply comes out only 5.3 V. I do not have a diagram and I stand in the place with this repair. I suspect the contents of memory ....
But maybe one of my colleagues already had this problem, such a defect in such a model.
    Please help.

Did you disconnect the disc? What reaction after disconnecting the disc? What voltages come out of the power supply after unplugging the board?

I translated the IC204 and L201. They looked like overheated soldering spots.
The power supply comes out only from 12 pin 5.3V. On 14 pin (PS.ON) is 1.5V
There is no voltage on IC707 and IC708. There is no voltage on this switchable IC204 and L201 either. To the motherboard from the power supply only this one voltage reaches 5.3V. It's hard to find where it should go.
Pin14 plug of the power supply is attached. Is there any voltage or ground? But that won't help me much .... I don't have a pattern and it's a bit hard.

There is no schematic diagram here on this link. There are many factory descriptions and things, but the pattern is not there.

Pin 14 of the power cord responsible for connecting the power supply to the operating mode was connected to pin 12 (5.3V) and it turned out that the TV set was moving. Everything works. I have programmed all stations and everything is. Input and output voltages have appeared on the stabilizers ... Everything works as it should. But how I disconnected is the same again.
So, no STB voltage is supplied to activate the receiver from the processor. And I can't leave it and give it to the customer permanently. Stabilizers cannot be powered all the time, even on standby.
I am looking for a fault between the processor and the power plug with a switching signal, i.e. the voltage that will turn the power supply fully on so that other voltages may appear.
The paths on the motherboard are so small that they are almost invisible under the magnifying glass.
I wonder if there is any error in the memory content that could block the receiver from switching on.
I am asking my colleagues for help.

Check if IC202 produces 3.3V correctly on main.

It is stable 3.3V on it
Unfortunately, I haven't solved this problem yet.
Or is it a matter of memory content? Does anyone have a batch? Maybe it's blocked there?
Maybe someone has an interesting solution? I look forward to hearing from you.

If it goes to fire manually, you can do an upgrade from USB, download the file from Samsung only pay attention to the last letters in the model those that are after W ...

I disconnected the disc. Comes out of the power supply only 5.3V.
The backlight does not work, and apparently it should.

I programmed the memory again with the programmer and nothing has changed. There is an electronic fault. I think the motherboard is. But my colleague thinks that the power supply because after disconnecting the motherboard from it should work backlight and this Samsung, and for me it does not work. When I unplug the motherboard there is only one 5.3V voltage and the red diode flashes twice, interruption and then again ....

Thank you all for your interest and help. I have repaired the receiver.
A tiny smd transistor was damaged which was driven by a resistor from the 14 pin socket leading to the PS_ON motherboard.
I am finishing the post and thank you again for the discussion.

Topic summary

The Samsung UE40EH5000W TV exhibits a power issue where the LED blinks twice and fails to turn on, with only 5.3V output from the power supply. Users suggested checking the power supply voltages, specifically the PS.ON pin, and inspecting components like IC204 and L201 for overheating. The author confirmed stable 3.3V from IC202 but suspected a memory issue. After further troubleshooting, including disconnecting the motherboard and reprogramming the memory, the problem was traced to a damaged SMD transistor linked to the PS_ON signal, which was ultimately repaired.
