Hi. Today I received the results of the IT professional exam e.13, I obtained 73% from the practical part, that is, I lacked 2% to pass the exam. My question is, is there any point in appealing? What does it really look like? What if I see there that I did a result and it will be entered as not done? I also had such an incident on the exam that my router shut down 2 times and the switch wouldn't accept the settings, and they replaced it with a new one. Will this do anything?

This is a question you must answer for yourself. There is not much to lose, so if you only have the strength, fight for your own. And if not - you will take the exam once again. However, practice proves that many appeals are successful.

The result of the exam is determined by the District Examination Commission. The best thing would be to write an application for inspection, but in this case it won't help, because the exam paper is not made available for inspection electronically , (and I suppose that was your case). Probably the best way would be to submit a request for verification of the sum of points of the examination confirming qualification in the profession . You need to indicate whether the application is for the practical or theoretical part, and in the field " details of the application " you should precisely indicate any concerns you describe here. In particular, you should raise the issue of device failure during the exam . Good luck!

A sample application (OKE Warsaw) can be found below. Be sure to download the document specific to your region. The scheme of the appeal procedure is shown in the figure, and you can get detailed information at https://cke.gov.pl and the regional branch of the examination commission.

If you actually had a problem with the equipment not working during the exam and it was replaced (and it is somehow recorded in the minutes) then it is worth writing that you believe that part of your answers/tasks were not included because of the equipment. Only you need to have a reason to appeal, just 'I missed 2%' is not enough.
So I have to go, make a review of the answer in oke? And there it should be recorded whether this exchange was noted? And then if it was or not where to report it? And what about the rest, if I saw that I did something right and it is entered as not done? Word against word, I am unlikely to win here rather

So should I go, do an insight into the answer at oke?

You won't see the job (read above), so the only thing left is to apply for verification, as attached.

So don't even apply to see the exam? And I can immediately ask for the summation and cover up the replacement of equipment( if it will do anything here)? And what else could I take into account when writing comments about the exam?

Since the regulations don't allow it, it's probably a waste of time. It's better to apply for verification right away citing technical problems during the exam. You need to substantiate your claims very thoroughly, pointing out precisely everything that you think might have influenced the falsification of the results.

In my opinion, you can question the exam on this basis. Especially if this fact was noted in the documents - and it should be there.

I will try to cite, this faulty equipment, and the tasks that may have been invalidated by it, because the settings of some may have reset with such an incident. And as for replacing the hardware, in theory, they should replace it with a good- working one and everything should theoretically work. It's just that there on the other one the settings didn't want to be saved, and I ran out of time after that. So I don't know if if if I describe this situation( I don't even know what the examiner noted) someone in that oke will think I'm making it up just to get that 2%. and there is also a small problem, going to OKE Krakow downloading the sheet that you need to fill out I have a table and in it you need to enter the number of the result or task and next to the justification. In the case of the one from Warsaw it is much simpler, because I do not have the exam or the sheet in front of me, and I am unlikely to find it on the Internet either

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the appeal process for the IT professional exam e.13 results, where the user scored 73%, just 2% short of passing. Concerns were raised about equipment malfunctions during the exam, specifically a router shutdown and issues with a switch that required replacement. Participants advised that if the equipment failure was documented, it could strengthen the appeal. They suggested submitting a request for verification of the exam results, emphasizing the need to detail any technical problems encountered. The consensus is that while appeals can be challenging, they may be successful if substantiated with evidence of equipment issues.
