Hello, just trying my chance..I recently tried to upgrade my NVR firmware (which didn't succeed anymore to connect to any smtp servers)..and apparently the firmware was not the good one ...trying to figure out if I can backup to original firmware from USB ..if anyone has an idea ? I believe the NVR is from ANRAN but I didn't succeed to get any answer from their support
