I'm a TV engineer work as a head engineer for a company I repair electrical goods for a living mate, if you're not going to take my advice you're in the wrong place, power supply won't cause reboot constantly., it's an issue with firmware ,, where "u boot" fails,, it has a corrupt section in the firmware, this will cause the loop.. nothing to do with power supply.. Samsung are common for it, as well.
replace mainboard with same model or reflash with firmware... you will need tools such as programmer, and hot air machine to lift chip.. rest is up to you or EMMC connection if it's BGA,
