    hey there is a problem because i installed some vpn and there was a free server only german so i took it, the notification about buying premium kept popping up so i removed it and i have german ads on yt. How to change them to Polish.

    Why not just get rid of them?
    Browser adblockers are plentiful.
    E.g. for Chrome.

    wanted to but with adblock every 40 sec. There was a 3 second lag in the movie

    you have ads from the region you are in, YT locates you in germany, you have german ads.

    It works for me in Chrome, Adblock for Youtube. There are no ads on the site at all and it doesn't interrupt playback with ads. Literally like on a premium account.

    Adblock rather does not affect interruptions, you probably either have a weak computer or an adware browser so full that it cuts off so many ads.
