A two-year-old oven, bought new - three months after the two-year warranty, it ended its life with the same mistake as above - my sister-in-law was not consoled. Advice from the Internet suggested, regarding errors in Whirlpool ovens that it is a panel - a new one was purchased, unfortunately without any changes. Advice on this topic: Link 1
    Quote:
F1-E1 - EEPROM Checksum Error - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect. Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock).

However, it led me to the error, a hint from the topic about the Whirlpool dishwasher : : Link 2

Dismantled back and top, on top there is a plate with numbers:

Everything was soldered, the connectors were checked, it took many hours, finally: Two relays were replaced (white and red - marked) and the melted socket-pin was replaced with a decent ceramic connection cube (yellow cables) - works in a warm environment, there are small children at home - so, of course, you need to make sure there is no puncture to the housing in case the plastic melts :!:
    - everything works as it should :D
Apparently the connections must be very solid, because it will display an error on the rack and will not start. I will add that turning on the function quickly sometimes allowed the oven to turn on normally, but the error returned the next time it was turned on "uncombined". And if someone was bathed in hot water and the repair didn`t work, I remind you:

Okay, but what to do about it? Is it really necessary to replace everything?

I will refresh the topic. I had an identical problem and F1 E1 error . On the control board (the one inside the oven under the covers) 1 of the 3 relays was burnt (mine was orange). I replaced these 3 pieces and additionally 1 smaller white one, which is used to turn on the control. Additionally, the main cause of damage to this 1 relay was a burned-out lower heater. The front panel was functional. As a hint - I disconnected two wires from each heater and checked whether the error occurred, and it was determined that the lower heater was damaged - unfortunately my meter did not show a short to ground on this heater. Be careful, because the test was under high voltage. The cost of 4 relays in an electronics store is PLN 60, and the cost of a new heater in an online home appliances store is PLN 65. The oven works like new.
