Hello everyone
This is my first post
I have a question.
T-Mobile fiber installed, net is running but there is a problem.
I only have the 5 GHz band set and I also need 2.4 GHz for photovoltaics and the camera.
Home Box Sagemcom CS 50001 router
I can't change anything in the My T-Mobile application, I have a permanent 5 GHz band.
On the pageTo view the material on this forum you must be logged in. there is only information about the router.
The router's IP address is the same.
There is info on the net:
"How to change the frequency of the T-Mobile router?
Orange, T-Mobile and others, you can use the telephone customer service of a given operator, which will remotely change the frequency band settings on your router.
I wrote to the T-Mobile service (customer service), called, I was supposed to have 2 bands activated within 10 days, but I'm waiting for 12, with no effect.
Is there any other way to change it so that I have 2 bands?
Regards
