I need the firmware for a Hisense TV, model 32A5100F, with mainboard TP.MS3663T.PB704.
The TV is stuck in a boot loop (“Do Not Power Off Scan” message, upside down image) and does not accept the usual USB firmware I found for TP.MS3663T.PB708.
I found that the correct file should be available on remont-aud.net, but I cannot access it due to their registration system.
Could someone please share the correct .bin file (USB update version, not only SPI raw dump) for TP.MS3663T.PB704?

There is no Reset Button on the TV, and the main power button is unresponsive same for the remote.

I have formatted the USB in FAT32, then placed the file directly at USB's root. Then I plugged the USB in the TV while not connected to AC, then I plugged the AC of the TV, the TV instantly switch on with the message upside down "DO NOT POWER OFF SCAN" with a progress bar loading from 0% to 100% infinitely. I also tried this while pushing the TV power button while connecting the AC, but same result
