I need to design a transformer for RF power amplifier application. The output of the core should be 300W and operating frequency is 30 MHz. The permeability desired should be less than 10. I thought NiZn material cores should work but after testing, I found that they have high permeability. Can anyone suggest what material should work for above specs?
