hi.i've used a uc3844 to drive a flyback converter.i increased the input voltage.when i connect the supply voltage, the vcc pin of uc3844 becomes 16 volts but then decrease to 11 volts and keep changing continously between this 2 amounts.does anyone knows what is the problem? the output voltage is zero.
