How to measurement capacitor in pf?

I need the circuit to measure capacitor in pf and give output as ma.

The reason is i am design Water in oil measurement, to measure water in oil with use of dielectric principle. Dielectric Strength of oil is less compare to water.

By measuring capacitor with help of two plate in between oil will flow.If water enter in to plate then capacitor will vary, where we can calculate % of water.

Capacitance can be measured in Farads, which may be abbreviated "F". You can use common prefixes like "p" for pico meaning 10**-12, "f" for femto meaning 10**-15, and various others. However, "pf" (pico-femto) makes no sense, and is certainly not a unit of capacitance. Similarly, milli-atto is makes no sense either.

In case you were being sloppy (you need to be more careful and proofread your questions better then) and meant pF and mA, it still doesn't make sense. You can measure capacitance in units of pico-Farads, but I can't begin to guess how milli-Amperes is relevant.

Fix the question, use proper units, pay attention to these important details, and we can discuss how to measure the capacitance you describe.

What you need is a circuit using capacitance as sensor characteristics and the circuit should have its output current or voltage altered by that capacitance.

So don't try converting capacitance into current, but try building a circuit in which capacitance can affect current or voltage.
